Part of the Intelligence Corps Association
Pillar Three

Enterprise

Support for members building businesses, partnerships, and commercial opportunities.

Beyond Employment, Into Enterprise

Enterprise is for members whose ambitions go beyond employment and into building something of their own.

That might mean starting a business, finding a trusted partner, joining an existing venture, or taking on advisory work. This pillar exists to help those opportunities emerge inside a network where people already understand each other's standards and working style.

The focus is practical: helping members spot opportunities, make the right introductions, and move from promising conversation to something real.

What Enterprise Looks Like

Starting Businesses

Members launching ventures on their own or with others from the network, supported by introductions, context, and trusted early relationships.

Consulting Partnerships

Members forming consulting or advisory partnerships where complementary experience and shared standards make collaboration easier from the outset.

Advisory Roles

Experienced members stepping into advisory and non-executive roles where their judgement, discretion, and strategic perspective are valuable.

Working with British Veteran Owned

The ROSE Network sits within the Intelligence Corps Association, which means commercial activity cannot sit inside the charitable structure.

That is why we work in collaboration with British Veteran Owned (BVO), an independent organisation that supports veteran-owned businesses across the UK.

The arrangement is straightforward: the ROSE Network brings the trusted community and relationships; BVO brings a commercial ecosystem better suited to veteran-led enterprise. They are independent organisations working alongside each other, not one organisation owning the other.

The Progression

Enterprise sits on top of the first two pillars. It works best when members already know each other, trust each other, and understand the value each person brings.

1

Transition

You enter the network, get mentoring, and make a more informed move into civilian professional life.

2

Professional Network

You build your career inside a trusted peer network, making introductions and staying connected to people who understand your background.

3

Enterprise

You use those trusted relationships to explore businesses, partnerships, advisory work, and other commercial opportunities, with BVO alongside the network where appropriate.

Ready to Build Something?

If you are exploring a business idea, looking for a commercial partner, or considering advisory work, register your interest and we can point you towards the right part of the network.

Enterprise activity sits outside the charitable structure of the Intelligence Corps Association. The ROSE Network facilitates professional connection; British Veteran Owned is an independent collaborator providing the commercial ecosystem for veteran-led enterprise.
