How to opt out

To stop receiving updates, newsletters, event invitations, or any other marketing communications from The ROSE Network, email info@therosenetwork.co.uk with the subject line "Unsubscribe".

We will remove you from all marketing lists within seven days and confirm once we've done so. You do not need to give a reason.

What happens next

• You will stop receiving marketing updates about The ROSE Network's work.
• If you have an active submission (an opportunity, event, mentor application, or business listing under review), we may still contact you about that specific submission — we rely on legitimate interest for that.
• If you have a member account, we may still send service messages (e.g. password resets, account changes). These are necessary to provide the service under contract and cannot be opted out of without closing the account.
• We keep a record of your opt-out request indefinitely so we can honour it even if your details re-enter our systems from another source.

For data access, correction, or deletion requests (your rights under UK GDPR), contact the Intelligence Corps Association at ica_hq@roseandlaurel.uk. We will respond within one calendar month.
