Why Mentoring Matters

Leaving the military is one of the most significant career transitions anyone will face. Having someone who understands — who has already navigated it — makes a measurable difference.

The ROSE Network Mentoring Programme connects Service Leavers with Veterans and civilian professionals who can offer first-hand guidance on transition, career planning, and building a professional identity beyond uniform. No formal training required — just your experience and a willingness to share it.
